SnapUp Return Policy allows you to return most merchandise purchased on snapupbox.com for up to 30 days after the original purchase date, with email receipt except for the following items which are subject to the noted restrictions:

Premium electronics must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and a valid receipt or account lookup. When returning any premium electronic devices, please be sure to remove any personal data or information that may be stored on the device.

Beauty Purchases, which must be in new or unused condition, must be returned with the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.

For other products, they must be in new or unused condition and must be returned with the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase.

When returning merchandise purchased on snapupbox.com, any shipping costs paid on the order are not refunded. A refund will only be applied for the amount paid for the merchandise. Any amount paid for shipping on your order will not be refunded. 

When returning your items through the mail, you are responsible for any postage needed to send your items back. We are unable to provide a prepaid return label.

If there was an issue with your order, such as missing, damaged or wrong items received, you can contact us at support@snapupbox.com, or use our contact form.

If you need an item in a different size or color option, you can contact us at support@snapupbox.com or use our contact form so that our team can assist you.

We may ask for a valid ID on certain returns, so please have one handy just in case. Some returns may be subject to our refund verification system. Refunds may be limited or declined.

Special Holiday Return Policy

Unless noted with restrictions, most merchandise purchased between November 1st – December 25th may be returned through January 31st in original packaging with a valid receipt or account lookup. They must be in new or unused condition.

Unable to Find the Email Receipt?

We may be able to help locate the original purchase to process a refund. Please contact us at support@snapupbox.com or use our contact form. We may ask for a valid ID, so please have one handy just in case.

Gift Cards

We are unable to process refunds for the purchase of gift cards.

Electronic Devices

When returning any electronic devices, please remember to remove your personal data and information.

Returning Items Delivered by Freight

Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns for large items that were delivered by freight. To return freight items:

  • Contact us at support@snapupbox.com or use our contact form, and our team will assist you in the return process.
  • Shipping costs and surcharges will not be refunded.
  • A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Items returned because they are defective will not incur a restocking fee.


When will I receive my return credit?

For store credit, it will typically take up to 24 hours to appear in your account upon inspecting your returned item.

The credit to your charge card will take an average of 7-10 business days to appear in your account. Credit time frames can vary based on bank processing times. For additional information, please contact your bank.
